Selection Kit
License terms
Plain version first: buy it once, use it across your own company as much as you like, don't pass it to other companies. The rest is detail.
One organization
Your purchase licenses the kit to the organization named on your order. Everyone in that organization may use it — your warehouse team, IT, finance, and any consultant working on this selection with you. There is no per-seat count and no limit on how many people open the files.
Not for redistribution
You may not sell, publish, share or give the files to another organization, or post them anywhere public. That includes the editable Word documents. Sending your completed RFP or demo brief to vendors is expected and fine — that is what those files are for.
Every file is stamped
Each of the eight files carries your organization name, your order number, and a license code unique to your purchase. The code appears in the workbook properties, on the guide's cover and footers, and in the metadata of every Word document. If a file turns up somewhere it shouldn't, the code identifies the order it came from.
What you produce is yours
The requirements you write, the scores you record, the RFP you send and the decision you make are your work and your property. The templates stay ours.
Updates
Twelve months of updates from your purchase date, at no cost. If a version ships in that window, you get it.
Refunds
If the kit isn't useful, email within 24 hours of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. No form and no questions. The window is short because the files are downloadable and stamped the moment you buy — but if something is genuinely wrong after that, write anyway and we'll sort it out.
The working session
If you bought the kit with two hours of time, those hours don't expire and don't have to be used in one go. Arrange them by replying to your delivery email. They cover going through your own documents with you — a call, a screen share, or written comments on your filled-in workbook. They are not an engagement to run the selection for you, and they carry no vendor recommendation.
No warranty on outcomes
The kit is a set of tools and a body of advice, not a guarantee. It names no products and recommends no vendor. The selection decision, the contract you sign and the results are yours. We are not liable for those outcomes, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the kit.
